Nice... having a new enemy like this appearing, in-game. Would be good, that was on my list on the Tentacle mod comments section.

Looks like Sanity Framework has Tentacles now, and uses the Tentacle Animations mod, I mentioned and linked in an earlier post.

 

It has a lot of Tentacle MCM  options in it, as well as working with other mods, that are listed on the mod page.
