Looking for SE NPC overhauls.

On LE I used a mod called NPC 85 I believe was from a Korean author and changed almost all females in the game and made them much more beautiful in an Asian MMO style. Sadly I have not found anything similar, and most SE overhauls on Nexus are going for a western 'weathered' look it seems. What exists out there in SE land that goes for a similar style to NPC85?
