astor Posted January 22, 2022 Posted January 22, 2022 I'm looking for a mod that adds sounds like stomach rumbling when hungry, yawning when sleepy, and other such immersiveness. I tried the "Cough" mod, but coughing when hungry didn't make much sense to me.
