bluetortoise Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Just registered couple days ago, downloaded and installed: - SexLab Framework - SexLab relationship dialogue - Sexlab animation loader - SexLab conditional facial expression - all the animation packs i came across on the download section i have to admit i didnt install them in a clean way, basically just unzipped everything and threw them into the data folder. Everything worked for maybe one day, then next day, i go into the game, everyone including my own character is t-posing. I can still move around, facial expression still works, npcs still can be spoken to, but none of them are moving around. I made sure i ran FNIS everytime i added something to the game before launching thru SKSE. So can anyone provide some idea what could have gone wrong?

If you can't install manual, don't install manual and use a manager.

Just to be sure look at your FNIS Log and see if it gives you warnings
ttts1 Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 you really should find one of the guides for setting up with the mod manager of your choice and follow that. otherwise you will likely continue to have a new problem every time you solve your current problem. For example, I'm using MO2 and have done some light modding and programming in the past. I still messed up doing my own installation and used Just Don't 's SexLab guide for MO2 and had things working immediately.

Just to be sure look at your FNIS Log and see if it gives you warnings Oh yeah, memory a bit foggy now, i also installed sexlab arousal redux. Also dont mind those OSex stuff, those are just failed attempt at installing OSex/OSA/OStim, going from link to link, grabbing this n that, copy paste here n there, reading reddit guides or posts on nexus, i got it to work somewhat, except the END key wouldnt end the scene. So eventually i gave up on it. But this is a whole another topic, i guess. FNIS did return warning, but ever since i started using FNIS, it always returned like 1 warning, and flower girls worked just fine. Now it returns 2 warnings and i dont know how to check what exactly is wrong. 10 hours ago, ttts1 said: you really should find one of the guides for setting up with the mod manager of your choice and follow that. otherwise you will likely continue to have a new problem every time you solve your current problem. Until few days ago I was using vortex, unless some mod only give me a .esm file or really has to be copy/pasted into data folder like SKSE. I will see if i can download this MO2 somewhere.
Gukahn Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 you can still use vortex if you are faimilar with it but you sound like you don't really use the managers. Copy Paste here and there is.. Not a good thing, you will fuck up your entire game and nobody will really be able to help you cause you don't know anymore what you have, what you don't have.. And you really need to delete everything related to a mod you don't have anymore or you will be fucked too. Click on Consistence check and the warnings will be explained in more detail. Also click all 3 of the first boxes.
bluetortoise Posted January 21, 2022 Author Posted January 21, 2022 The HKX compatibility check helped, turned out the milky animation pack wasnt compatible, removed all the folders related to that i could find and now the game is finally back to normal. Thanks for the help!
