Stockings clothing question/request

Hello. I don't know if this is the right place to ask of something like this but as I can't really think of anywhere else to post this right now I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

 

I downloaded school uniforms and a replacer for them that removes the panties from the outfits. One of the outfits I found had the stockings pulled down and I was wondering whether or not it was possible for the tights to be taken from the clothing and made into a seperate piece of clothing, I've played around in NifSkope and been able to copy the tights part of the mesh but I have no idea how or what I should do in order to turn them into their own clothing.

 

I thought I'd post here to see if anyone knows how to do this and could try it, or if anyone could give me any pointers as to what I should do in order to make the clothing. The stockings are missing the toes so if somebody can do this, I would appreciate it if there could be a version including the shoes as well, just in case any of the shoes that I have downloaded don't fit with the stockings. I'm using them with the Type 3 body here. Thanks!
