Current state of mods with SE / AE

So some of my New Years' resolutions involve giving a pass on the games I mod and update their modlists to become stable and playable again. Now I've briefly looked at Skyrim after the AE update and I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading to AE or keep using the SE version that I'm on.

It looks like several big mods and libraries still aren't updated for AE.

 

I appreciate someone giving me a brief overview on what has happened and what still has to happen.

I've been watching this spreadsheet to keep an eye on the state of things. It doesn't cover the adult modding side, but covers most other mods that break with version updates.

Thanks! Looks like most mods are updated by now? I see some stuff with body physics not yet converted.
