EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT THE SEX?? PLS HELP

not long ago i reset and reinstall my windows on my pc, so naturally everything has application has to be reinstalled. So i reinstalled sims to my freshly reset clean pc. I then update all my mods (because there is still my mods folder in my documents). I downloaded and install WW. I then launch the game, play with my old save file. But when i play the game, there is no sex option on everything. Everything else works tho. I don't understand, i tried reinstalling ww, removing some other mods but it still not working. I do have a lot of other cc. but i don't want to delete anything because its already perfect and fits what i'm trying to play. PLSSS HELPPPPPP
