Crash on Entering Bannered Mare

I get a CTD on entering Bannered Mare.

 

I tried starting a new game and within a new game I have no problem entering. But in my current save I get a CTD. I already tried removing all mods that mess with the Bannered Mare Cell but none seem to work.

Could be something with an NPC if it's not the cell.  Maybe an NPC has a bad texture or mesh file that is causing the crash, similar to how some missing/bad beast textures/meshes may cause a crash when getting near them.  I'm not sure. 

 

I see some mods like Jampion NPCs that I don't know of, maybe they are introducing something that is causing the problem?  That's the first thing I can think of...

i would suggest to clean your save with fallrim  than look for any conflict or issue with xEdit / tesEdit  .

and if you are still running SE 1.5.97 version you can get ' Net script Framework ' to get a crash Log .
