Thornagar Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 Recently ive noticed that mods on vanilla skyrim are not getting as much attention anymore and the mod that kept me there has not been updated in years (slaverun reloaded) I was wondering if its worth switching over too SE as I have seen that game still gets a good amount of attention from the type of modders I like. Are the mods as fleshed out as vanilla or years behind?
bathoz Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 There was a rather landmark moment recently when the Beyond Skyrim types formally ceased supporting LE. Similarly, the only Wabbajack modlist for LE has recently ceased being supported. The hard truth is the right time, for everyone, to move was probably three or four years ago. But we've kept pushing this side of the medium forward in LE because that's where people are comfortable. As for whether the lewd mod support exists for SE: absolutely. Every mod, just about, and many that don't exist for LE. Sometimes there's painful "hunt the conversion" moments, but they're fewer and farer between.
