Technically she's a witch as the game pack Realm of Magic only has Witches/Wizards or Sages as they like to call them. Anyways, I made a sim using a cc winged accessory and applied it to all her outfits. I gave her a wand in game to give her a Fairy Godmother type feel but its totally up to you how you use my Magical Sim Celestia Flicker. Enjoy ?
