WCIF Auto-equip nipple piercings?

Looking for a way for synth's nipple piercings (https://synthsims.com/post/182434597326/bod-e-tit-e-nipple-ringsbarbells) for luumia's male tops to show automatically when undressing a top.

 

One way I've thought about is to have the accessory be hidden by clothing, the way some necklaces are.

 

I have also tried to create a new version of the luumia top with the piercings included to use with the ww body parts selector, but I'm not familiar with 3d modeling and my attempt at it ended with just the piercing and an invisible torso.

 

Any help would be appreciated
