Need help regarding blender

Hello guys so yeah i was using facegen and couldn't get the wanted results so i hopped on blender and made a head mesh pretty close to what i was wanting to get (keen tool used for this) and i'd like to know if any one know how i could manage to make that head mesh as an actual head in game
