Weird glitch at Solitude Docks by a boat.

Not sure if it's a lighting or mesh glitch, using ENB but it doesn't matter if it's on or not I still see this just more visible with ENB. If it is a mesh conflict it's probably in a BSA.Load Order.txtplugins.txt If anyone has seen this issue before or has any general advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Water ever has added that far boat has probably changed the water flow direction. (If that's what you are talking about). You could use xEdit, to look at the exterior cells the boat is in and see what the conflict is with the base/other mods.

I'm using water for ENB and I have a bashed patch to make sure it's not overwritten by anything. If I disable reflections in the ENB GUI it helps, but it's still there.
