What are some good paid programmers/modders? eg for comissions

There's a big difference in modders.

 

1) Are you looking for a custom coded mod? Like WickedWhims with all kinds of new functionalities?

 

2) Are you looking for artists that make custom content like clothing?

 

There's some overlap, but IRL most programmers aren't good artists and most artists aren't good programmers. I think you need to be a bit more specific with requirements and direction so someone could suggest someone.

That makes sense. what I'm looking for might be more complicated than using sims to mod, perhaps using unity/unreal from scratch is more suitable. say for example making a game within sims that's real time boxing (I think I've seen a boxing mod but its just instructing sims rather than real time)

You can't embed Unity/Unreal games inside of Sims, but that can be done within the Sims framework using Python. I think I've seen a mod where you can play a game inside the game before, so that sounds more like something of that sort. You could have a UI with few buttons that the player clicks on for actions like (dodge, hook, jab, uppercut), etc. It wouldn't be easy, but someone could probably do it. If it's SFW, then you might have more luck on mod-the-sims or other Sims4 site. If it's NSFW intents, then that description should be good enough for someone to judge if they can do that or not.

It would be interesting if you could make wicked whims more interactive. Direct control is a mod I heard of which is interesting but I imagine its not as real time as it could be.
