mayu_ishimaru Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 Hi all! I was just wondering if there are any steps I can take to make sure all my employees arrive? The owners always arrived before the club opens, but I also tried after and it still has the same issue. I hired three dancers but only one shows up every shift for three days now. On the third day I also hired a janitor which arrived on the same day. Since GTW is riddled with bugs when it comes to employees, any advise on how to resolve it? The club is kinda empty with just one dancer there.
TURBODRIVER Posted January 6, 2022 Posted January 6, 2022 The Strip Club business has a constant check and attempt to spawn employees that are not present on the lot, it's one of the highest priorities. If the game continuously fails to spawn them then something must be blocking it. Perhaps you have mods that can alter spawning rates or prevent certain Sims from showing up (MCCC or even lot traits). This is not regular behavior of the game so something specific about your lot or game is causing this.
