how do i add my face or someone's face in fallout 4?

OK  no one else has answered, likely because the answer is that you have to build the face yourself in FO4.    Recommend that you use Looksmenu, as well as find a preset that is close to what you want.     Once you have the face you want, then you save it off as a preset and put it someplace safe.  That way you can reload it without recreating it.  

 

All the mods out there that make someone look like someone else (for FO4) are done by artists, not necessarily coders.     Unfortunately, it is a rare thing to find a coder and an artist in the same person.
