Closer to what Gecko does is FNVPlugin, though I'd also download FNVEdit as well.

If you do a search for FNVEdit on Nexus, you'll find its training manual in the search results. Get that and read it, it'll let you know everything you need for its various functions. There is also an instructional video by Gopher on Youtube, if that's more your style. Again, just type FNVEdit into the search bar.
