Any poses or animations of nipples or breasts being injected? Enema animations?

I'd like to use some of the milk/breast pumping animations and one common troupe in anime is girls having their breasts or nipples injected in some form (usually something with a needle on the end) with "something" that makes them lactate or their breasts size increase.  I doubt this exists in Sims 4, but considering how many animations DO exist I thought maybe there is a chance?

 

Anybody know of any?

 

Also any good anime inspired enema animations (aka using that huge syrine) or vagina "enema" animations (where cum is put in vagina in a large amount).

 

I'm basically making a hucow farm and need some stuff for it lol
