SOS size to reflect Level of NPC?

Hi there, is there any way to mod SOS schlongs size to reflect the Level of the NPC. i.e Higher Leveled NPCs will have larger schlongs? 

Or a plugin that can increase the players shclong size according to the player level?

It might be possible seeing as how there is a mod which determines schlong size by number of dragon souls absorbed.
