Trying to run a bunch of Sexout mods alongside A Tale of Two Wastelands in Fallout: New Vegas (along with various Nexus and Loverslab mods), but I keep getting stuck on an image of a man and his dog approaching New Vegas. Not sure what other information I can and should include, so let me know please?

Sexout and Tale Of Two Wastelands is made for Fallout New Vegas, not Fallout 4.

Fallout 4 uses a changed engine, and so far now TaleOfThreeWastelands has been made

I actually meant Fallout: New Vegas (don't know why I said Fallout 4, which I hadn't even installed at the time I wrote this). But thanks for your response!

I'll look for that (still pretty new to this whole modding thing. Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing (I put it in windowed so that I didn't have to forcibly restart my computer when it got stuck in the window.

Your loadorder is completely wrong. FalloutNV.ESM should be the first plugin to load and probably a lot of other mods are in incorrect places too.

I'd suggest installing and running LOOT to get most(all?) plugins in the right place. It will also tell you, if you are missing plugins or need compatibility patches.
