TCL not working when using IFPV and Immersive Animations

So I use Immersive First Person View so I can use Immersive Interactions but I now cannot toggle no clip to skip past bugged gates, reach high up items or whatever. 
 

I know TCL is used to cheat so so what right but sometimes items fall through the world or get knocked out of position and yes sometimes I cheat to save time. Like I could use the telekinesis spell to get all the items or I could just tcl, fly up and get get the items. Except I now can't because TCL doesn't work. This is also a serious problem as it's easy to get knocked into a place you can't leave when going down a hill or in a cramped dungeon.

Is there a way to make no clip work again without uninstalling the mod.

Do you have to target yourself to use tcl? Maybe try clicking on yourself when the console is, up, then using the tcl command, just in case.

 

Ah reddit posts say that you shouldn't have anything targeted to use that command, so maybe you could try clicking a random object in the environemt twice so that it will deselect everything, then try using TCL again.
