The most likely reason why my nipple piercings aren't showing? The clitoris one is... and I took off the amulet as suggested by some1 else.

 Most likely - not built in bodyslide.

Now, if that is not the case - there can be a plethora of other reasons.

DD device hider (affects anything in the slot, including non DD items), mismatch between partition record on mesh and in .esp (extremely unlikely unless you're actively fiddling with it yourself) and probably many more.
