Load Order for New Races

It sounds so simple, but I haven't been able to find info on this topic. What's the relative load order for custom races? Right now, mine looks something like:

 

Fast starts & frameworks

CUSTOM RACES

NPC & companion changes

Main race plugins, if built properly, should be load-order-agnostic, although they'll probably be ESMs or at least ESM-tagged so chances are they'll load towards the top of your load order, next to other ESMs.

 

The plugins that matter are the ones that require the main race master and actually change (N)PC races. Those plugins must load after everything else that might edit the same data to ensure they win any conflicts.

 

(Race Name)Player.esp plugins should be at the bottom of your LO after all other plugins, and you should only have ONE of them active at all times (since the PC can only use one race per save/playthrough anyway).
