[Mod Q/Help] Attaching Power to Equipment

Hi, I've been trying to create  a sort of transformation (henshin) device and so far I've been able to create the armor (outfit) and have it be "summonable/equipped" via spell which I figured out by looking, and changing values in the True Bound Armor mod.

 

Was wondering if there was a way to change the spell into a shout or power with a limited use, and have this shout/power only appear and be usable when a peice of equipment is worn.

 

Or the power is available when wearing said equipment.

 

I tried looking at Ring of Hircine to see if I can do something similar with the CK, but it appears that it's more script dependent.

 

Is there anyway for me to pull this off with just the CK? (copying objects/effects/spells/armor/etc.) or will I need to learn how to script to do this?

I am fairly certain you are going to have to add script to get what you are after.  You might try finding a plugin that does something similar and copy the script they wrote, making your tweak to it rather than starting from scratch.

Thanks. Looks like I'm gonna have to familiarize myself with how to open and modify script files to pull it off.
