Can't Download the Mod

So I can't even download the mod itself, I've tried both Nexus and Itch.io but both act like its downloading normally and then when the bar gets full it says 'couldn't download'

 

After repeatedly trying to download it again, it changed from the download URL to '4904567.txt' saying the same thing but with 'no permissions'
