if you mean the puffy and creased nipples those are normal map overlays that acro made
you can find them on nexus - on the 3ba page.
but you need paint.net, gimp, or Photoshop to add them to your normal map

you can find premade diamond skin normal maps with those effects on my bodyslide preset page on nexus
