Arcess Posted February 2, 2022 Author Posted February 2, 2022 Revised jackets with new collar and tie. Â New collar and tie with existing jacket. Â 3
Goawaynow Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 (edited) I'm a bit confused as to how these submods work. Will Plus Plus only display the Plus Plus clothing, or will it display the clothing from the other versions as well? Does Everything display content from all versions but Plus Plus? Â EDIT: Took literally my first look into Stellaris files (trying to patch restyled's core for LV) and I answered my own question. Plus Plus contains the nude and the open (plus), it does not contain the 'soft' items. Edited February 12, 2022 by Goawaynow
Arcess Posted February 12, 2022 Author Posted February 12, 2022 Restyled is designed so that you can add whatever job/civic support you need as a new trigger pack submod, you just have to tell me what stubs to put in the core and where. In that case, I will also update the description in Steam to indicate that the submod exists.  For the asset selectors, it should all just work unless you want to change the existing structure (e.g. adding a new category with new checks). Otherwise, you can nag me to add sections.  For clothing changes, you can check out my asset selector generation scripts from SVN and modify them with what you want. That way you'll be able to generate selectors the way you want (e.g. you want a submod that only contains Plus Plus exclusive clothing, or swap out some clothing choices with something else). This will also let you add/remove sections. You would also be able to pick up changes I make and simply rerun the scripts to make updated asset selectors.
Arcess Posted February 27, 2022 Author Posted February 27, 2022 Now to figure out what else to add to this for imperial pops... 1
singlemia Posted March 2, 2022 Posted March 2, 2022 can you help me with loading order or installation,i seem to cant get this work right
Arcess Posted March 3, 2022 Author Posted March 3, 2022 Try here: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/2652300246/3187988018482619146/ Â Let me know if there's anything wrong or confusing so I can fix it. 1
Arcess Posted March 19, 2022 Author Posted March 19, 2022 Reworked the robes again - now with variants for different strata. 2
Arcess Posted April 3, 2022 Author Posted April 3, 2022 That's already out - I have updated generic admiral/general clothing and am working on something a bit fancier for imperial politicians. 1
Arcess Posted April 10, 2022 Author Posted April 10, 2022 Turns out black works better for transparent jackets. I figured I could replace the generic female ruler clothing with the non-jacket versions of this:
Arcess Posted April 21, 2022 Author Posted April 21, 2022 Unfortunately, doing this led to figuring out I had to fix 130 other textures... 1
singlemia Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 this mod cant be active because it made for 3.2? sorry i failing real hard to get this to work.
Serithiene Posted May 15, 2022 Posted May 15, 2022 I can't get this to work either.  When it comes to selecting race, the first few portraits of the humanoid category are just blank boxes. Doesn't seem to matter which load order or combination of things I try. Can't even get the basic mod from the steam workshop to work.
Serithiene Posted May 15, 2022 Posted May 15, 2022 Sorry for double post, but got it working. I was missing the asset package. My bad!
funfun74 Posted May 16, 2022 Posted May 16, 2022 Thanks for all your work restoring this mod. Looking forward to the new transparent stuff it looks great.
Arcess Posted May 17, 2022 Author Posted May 17, 2022 Apologies, seems I didn't get a notification for post a few weeks back.  This was designed so that updates pretty much only need to happen to the main mod and the portrait trigger pack mods. The other submods are just for setting options and rarely need changing.  That means you just need to keep the main mod updated from Steam and you'll already have the shown clothing (researcher clothing for the last set).  For Plus Plus specifically, I would only need to update it when changing the phenotypes. For example, adding a new female size and calling the enabling submod SE - Restyled - Flat is Justice. 1
funfun74 Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 Ok, Thanks for explaining it to me. And flat is justice sounds like an interesting sub mod. Hope to see the one that combines it all together so I can have all three sizes. Thanks again!
Arcess Posted May 18, 2022 Author Posted May 18, 2022 Something like that would have to happen after I'm done with female clothing, then male clothing, then going over base textures.
SThurkon Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 this pack is quite nice, would also be nice if Etiluos's portrait packs got supported as well. they appear to reuse assets quite a bit, so probably would be somewhat easy to have a "common" asset pack and a "portrait selector" as a separate file similar to this.
Arcess Posted May 18, 2022 Author Posted May 18, 2022 I'm not sure what you mean. Â I have created tools and the trigger pack to make it easier to create/maintain large portrait mods such as this one, but using them is a matter for the modder.
MajesticMoomin Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 I've tried my best to get this working but i'm very new to modding Stellaris, i just can't get any of the custom outfits to show. Apologies if i'm doing something stupid but some advice would be much appreciated!
Brodek7 Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Pretty sure you don't need the portraits gender patch, and UI Overhaul Dynamic should be at the bottom of the list according to the mod author, but otherwise looks similar to my list and the outfits show up fine for me. 1
Arcess Posted May 25, 2022 Author Posted May 25, 2022 You can right-click a list item then copy the list to clipboard as plain text for easy pasting. Â SE parts of the list look fine to me.

Awesome, got it working, thanks!
RedBattleDragon Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 (edited) So it seems its only partly working for me, the civies are getting some topless but not all and the leaders aren't getting topless at all, from what i'm seeing. Edited May 28, 2022 by RedBattleDragon
