D_ManXX2 Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 I am currently a bit confused, i have wasted a full day creating new rigs only to discover the creature it was made for don't even has a dick mesh available for it ?? Is there a list of currently creature supported but also has a dick mesh available with it ?? I have build yaoguai , molerat, spore carrier, street trog To bad i didn't check first or would have build new ghouls,
astymma Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 If you want to know which proprs are currently being used by Sexout, open Sexout.esm in FNVEdit and check the AnimatedObject records (ANIO). For each animation that requires a prop, there's an ANIO record with a mesh path to the prop with the path telling you what would use the prop (meshes/characters/_male being humans, anything else likely a critter). If you also unpack the core fomod, you can check two locations... meshes/creatures and meshes/animobjects. Creature props will be located in each creature's path or in the animobjects path. AFAIK, the current dick prop list would be dog, ghoul, supermutant, deathclaw, mirelurk king, nightstalker, bighorner, gecko, and sporeplant. Also, a few critters use full body replacements that have erect penises, like smspinebreaker and spore carriers for example.
D_ManXX2 Posted June 10, 2013 Author Posted June 10, 2013 where do i find the spore carrier ?? i think the only prop is for street trog but those are fallout 3 creatures not new vegas. Unless you say fallout 3 mesh and new vegas mesh are identical ?? spore carrier looks totally different they are green then street trog looks redish.
astymma Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 data/meshes/creatures/nvsporecarrier/erecttrog.nif data/meshes/creatures/nvsporecarrier/erecttrog2.nif data/meshes/creatures/nvsporecarrier/erecttrog3.nif They're mesh replacers for the original dlcpitt red trogs. My mistake labelling them as spore carriers. As far as I can tell, the spore carrier anims are 1501-1503, none of which have an associated prop so my guess is spore carriers have animations, but no penis prop unless the red trog nifs are being retextured in the creature record to use a green spore carrier texture somewhere.
astymma Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 TBH, the SuperMutantPenisPropSexout.nif in data/meshes/animobjects/creature looks like it could be shrunk a bit and oriented to a spore carrier with little difficulty. It's already greenish and brown.
D_ManXX2 Posted June 10, 2013 Author Posted June 10, 2013 Thanks yes that is what i thought. but i dived back into blender and made a simple dick mesh for molerat it took me while to export it correctly. But it works fine in geck and in-game. molerat.7z I will try and see if can have more done before starting to animate again.
astymma Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Depending on the animations you're planning to make, you may want to do something similar to the above erecttrog nifs. They're identical except for the penis angle so that a wider variety of animations are possible. That way you don't have to rotate the hips to weird rotations causing mesh twist/deformation in order to achieve the right angle. Alternatively, if you need a version of a critter skeleton with a new bone, let me know.
