The author has moved on and isn't responding to queries or problems. Sucks, but it is what it is.

 

The mod is a mannequin replacer. you wind up with what amounts to npc-like characters as mannequins. Either animated or statue. As part of the mod, you can choose a pose from the list of poses in the mod. 

 

Therefore, I ask these questions here

 

1) replacing an animation

The pose choices aren't great. play the flute, read a book, drink a bier and a couple others. But, of course, I'd like to have the juggarific tbbp version of mt_walkforward.hkx as a choice. 

 

So this mod has it's own dir for a lot of shit and I've found that I can replace an animation. However, after some trial and error, the only one that works worth a crap is replacing the 'read a book' series. the problem is that since I'm replacing just the movement and not the logic, the mannequin pulls out a book and starts walking with it glued to her hand. Lame.

 

There are other anims in the mod that don't have props . . . "pound the floor" and "praise", but I can't figure out the name of the anim. I've tried looking at the script, but I know both jack and shit about ck scripting so i'm kinda sol there.

 

I've tried FNIS spells, but the animation will stop after a random amount of time. 

 

Bottom line is that I'd like to have the mannequin execute mt_walkforward.hkx. 

 

2) replacing the face build

If I could figure out what the name of the npc were, I'd use Skyrim NPC Editor and just drop in an esp. How could I figure that out?

 

 

I'm not afraid of CK, but I'm not familiar with some of the deeper screens. Any help would be appreciated.

FNIS Spells will stop since there are 2 limits: max 3 min, and 10 characters.

 

The easies way to make characters use unlimited animations is to add a IdleMarker in the CK, and attach an idle to it.

Cant you make an unlimited loop animation with FNIS? I doubt that you would want all your mannequins moving anyway.
