Help identifying mods!

Hey guys, I wasted about two hours trying to figure out what mods the guy used for this picture. Well, guess what? I couldn't find, because the only mods I actually now are the ones available at steam workshop. I want to make my character look similar, whit such graceful curves and a beautiful face. Yep, that's it! I also want to know what mod is that with the sexy armors. By the way, since I already started this topic, I am not creating another one, so I'll just make another request right here: graphics mods to improve the scenario, foliage, etc that are compatible with the mods used on the characters.

First off you posted in the downloads section......when this clearly is not something to download.
