Outfitstudio asking for optimization????

Hi, so i downloaded this mod called quivers resized. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15433?tab=posts&BH=0

And i want to remove the meshes in outfitstudio so that the quiver is invisible. But when i open it with studio it is asking if i want to optimize the nif file. What should i choose??? I been reading about this and some say to not optimize. Im confused can someone help me out?

Usually Outfit studio asks this question, if mesh/nif is for old Skyrim (LE), and you are doing stuff for Skyrim SE.

In general, you should convert LE stuff into SE. If not, you can get a CTD.

 

Well, in general. Most of times, Outfit studio is right. But not always.

 

What to do? Make a backup. Try it. If it works, cool, if not, you have your backup. And then try again. Its how it is with modding.
