slavetats missing texture?

several question about slavetats.

1: I didn't have that 'add/remove tattos' button on the MCM page. How should i fix that or alternative way to do so?

2: After install some tatto pack, when i apply them to npc, the whole body of npc turns into blue. I suppose the texture is missing but i had all the dds picture in the folder. What should i do
