More keybinds like alt-F1, shift-F4, ctrl-shift-F8...

I have many mods and only a normal keyboard... I have run out of memorable keys to press to make things happen
I need to be able t use shift, alt, ctrl modifiers so I have a lot more keys

So I could put all my hunterborn stuff of alt-(key), then all my sexlab related stuff on shift-(key), that sort of thing

Is there a mod that does this well and stable for SE?
