I downloaded some files from VGUNetwork (Well, maybe not from THEM, but I do have those files) and personally modified the RE6 Jake Muller outfit (Changed the mesh a bit and the textures). I was thinking of releasing this on Loverslab, just for shits and giggles. Personally, I HATE VGU due to it's egotistical elitist 'You have to be an active member' thing. I understand why they do it, of course, I just hate it. Anyways, would it be alright if I uploaded this mod? It's simply one armor. Has to be added with console though, but I may put it ingame if anyone prefers that.

That's the problem; I downloaded the packs from someone else, not from VGU, and they feel the need to COMPLETELY Hide the packs from non-active members, so I didn't see the permissions

All of it depends on who made the pack. 

 

If the pack was made by that author then it probably isn't a good idea.  If the pack was made by someone else and the vgu member just uploaded it, then that is a different story.
