MO2, KeyBinding is working but all other settings are not saved.

Hi,

 

I reinstalled Fallout 4 but using MO2 for the first time.

 

I installed MCM and it is working properly for some mods, but this one (aaf seu) only the key bindings works, all other settings are not persistent.

 

Any ideas on why this is happening?

I remade the comment under the right topic (sex em'up) ....

This was happening to me while deleting files in the overwrite folder
that's where MCM will store all the settings
