[Search] Help to find an Eye mod.

I need help to find the eye mod used in the char from the image below, I already looked throught quite a few eye mods on the Nexus LE/SE and nothing, can't seem to find it, does anyone know what mod is this ? Does anyone recognize it ? Any help would be very much appreciated.
