Skyrim LE game download - still possible

I have searched the forums, but haven't found a discussion about Legendary Edition game downloads.  I am still having trouble with SE and I am fed up.  Is it possible to still download LE?  I have searched steam and have used google, but can't see any legitimate download options.  I want to buy it, but not from a hack site -  those are the only sites I find.... 

 

Am I missing something obvious?

I am having issues with SE as well and just redownloaded LE from Steam this morning.

It's store page still seems to be live, and the buy buttons active, even if you can't find it through the search in the steam store:
