I did and here’s the kicker. Game starts. Well there’s two kinds of starts actually. One story is some weird thing where the screen isn’t full sized. Could be a resolution thing even though I’ve never had that problem and I’m currently at 1200 hours of fallout and then the other start. EVERYTHING is fine. Click on the run after f4se is showing and looking exactly like your pic. Game fires up. It’s all working. Console command to make sure the version is running . Okay we’re rolling. Use Another Life. Start at the institute Np. Everything is working perfect. And then…I remove her clothes and boom. CBBE no go. And even get a pop up saying f4se not working. Even tho I used it to start the game and checked in game..it’s so confusing

Oh fun fact. Because every piece of might matter. The 1st time I went to reinstall F4se after the “clean” it did something I’ve never seen it do. Dozens of times. Instead of it overwriting like its normal 5 files to the FO folder. It did like 350! Idk wtf it was or why but that shit was weird. And here we are..

When you scrolled down on that video it said the game was in downloads and the mod manager was in downloads

If that's the case, that can cause problems.

You need to have the game, the mod manager, and any other programs like LOOT installed to a non protected path, and use compatibility tab on the executables to check the box for starting as administrator like Samuraitech suggested.

I would suggest going back through all of the basics again to make sure you have your modding environment set up properly.  The beginner's guide in my signature has some good info in it for setting things up.

For example:  As you see in my screenshot, I have my modded games installed on a different hard drive and they are not in "Program files" as is the default Steam install.  The same for my mod manager, it's not installed in "Program Files".  So this stuff generally can't be installed in places like Downloads, Program Files, Documents because Windows will start blocking things from running.
