Looking for an animated Penis

I've seen that the most animations in Sims 4 got an animated penis. I was wondering if this was possible for Sims 3 as well (and no I'm not talking about that awkward thingy by spaceman).

I don't know how this works or how this is scripted but I'd LOVE to see such a thing here in Sims 3!

Update: Lucas has sent me a message with a file.

 

This is a single file where a single bone in the penis is controllable/moveable.

Someone needs to make this rig default and the penis shaft controllable. I HOPE to see anyone doing it. So here's the file by Lucas:
