will it cause a problem to add esm header flag to 'aroused' and 'attraction'??

I was trying to use Everybody's Different and it kept failing saying 'aroused' and 'attraction' were loaded after 'devious integration', but they were not, I saw neither were bold in MO2 so I realised they are called ESM but not flagged as ESM. I added the flag in SSEEdit and EBD was happy to carry on, but I wondered if I need to change that header record back for the 2 mods or can I leave it there?
