Spiked Corpse Replacer?

Hey everyone,

 

I found a replacer months ago, but I can't for the life of me find it again, is there any chance someone might know where to find a replacer that replaces the corpses to a more feminine variety?

 

If you do, that'd be great thanks, I'm trying to make my Skyrim a real grim and dark setting.
