SOS spell to create a Zero Length Package??

Doing the reverse of the normal is there a way to setup a spell that in SOS (or whatever "package" mod is most popular) that sets the package length to Zero (btw help creating said "empty Package" would be lovely) bonus if the spell could also mess with the combat stats.

 

 

 

(does anybody know why the base mess has a gaping hole in that region??)
