Did you download all these mods again and start from scratch to rebuild your mod list?  Or are these files that were already on your computer, you have not downloaded any new mods since you last played, and have not updated anything?

If you updated some mods, or downloaded them all again, it may be something incompatible.  There are a number of mods on your mod list I haven't used so I don't know what's incompatible if that is what is causing the issue.  It may be something else.

When does the game CTD?  Does the main menu come up?  Does it crash when you load a save file?  When you start a new game?

I uninstalled the game itself before but the mod files themselves are all still in the game directory as i never deleted them, and i havent added or changed anything since i last played, and yes it opens up the main menu just fine then crashes in the loading screen when i try new game

Maybe the mods are for an older version of Skyrim?  Depending on how long it has been since you last played, there may have been updates that broke some of the mods.  Hard to know.

Does the game start if you are not running any mods?  If so, you may need to try and start the game with only some of the mods running to see where the problem is.

Maybe someone else knows of a problem if they see you're mod list.  I'm not an expert, but running with outdated mods on a new install of Skyrim would seem like a possible cause of the problem.  I honestly don't know.

Hello TR.  "...I uninstalled the game itself before but the mod files themselves are all still in the game directory as i never deleted them..."  For all the mods you have, are their respective .esm / .esp files there? Are all required (individual) mod files still there? Scripts? How do you know?  You don't.  Getting a CTD where you're getting it is a sure sign that either a mod has a bad nif or most likely a particular mod needs a required file that no longer exists.

Save yourself a lot of headaches by simply blowing out the old stuff and re-install your mods. Yes, it takes time and none of us like to do it, but you'll be much better off. Your attempt at trying to save time isn't saving you time.
