How to restore classic Fallout notifications ?

Looking how to change the current game notifications

The second image looks like the tutorial notification system, its separate and works alongside the normal notification system shown in the first image.

Is there any way or tutorial to change the format of these messages to look like the second picture ? i searched everywhere from Youtube to Nexus for this specific issue, but all i found was about how to make a message like the first image only. Please help...

You can make your own message forms and call them as help/tutorial messages via the message script function ShowAsHelpMessage

 

There are special considerations that make them less useful though as compared to using normal messages. You need to reset them to be able to reuse them and they cannot be passed replacement tokens directly.
