Meta VR porn - Will it be allowed? Will Zuckerberg's AR/XR Metaverse revolutionize VR porn consumption?

Recommended Posts

Hello!
I've been very intrigued with the Facebook Connect announcement this year. The idea of a "Metaverse" sounds crazy for the general public, but if you've ever used VR before you know that the internet was going that way on it's own.

If you want to find out more about the new Metaverse possibilities, check out my article focused on Meta VR porn: https://vrpornmania.com/how-to-watch/meta-vr-porn/

In this article I talk about VR porn orgies with sex toys in private rooms, AR cam girls and top quality VR porn videos, all inside the metaverse - if we'll stop having privacy issues with this company.

Anyway, it's fun to speculate what the future will be like, and virtual reality has great potential in this aspect. VR porn on the other hand... well, that's infinite potential right there!

I've been using Second life since 2007 {the irony of all this META thing is that Second Life started almost before Facebook} and the rumors about an acquisition of SL by Facebook have run along the whole last decade but that never happens and I'll explain why in a few seconds. Now Zuck comes out with this "revolutionary" project everybody talks about, just like he invented fire!

What prevented Zuck from acquiring Facebook was the enormous Adults community making SL the Holy Graal of lovers and kinksters, a Paradise where any pleasure and perversion on Earth could happen. That community started to grow for a while already even before I arrived before and the allegations about the fact non adult accounts were way too easy to make almost killed Second Life, which had a boom between 2006 and 2010 when a lot of big names of industries {IBM just to name} and important universities {Sweden had a Embassy there, for all gods sake!} were investing a lot in what seemed like an Eldorado. The spreading of Sex Clubs and Casinos and the allegations about the fact the Mafia was using SL for recycling dirty money forced the US Government to make illegal any financial and hazard gaming activity. all in a sudden, not too long later, all the big names left SL which started its downfall... from millions of users more or less regularly "living" their own second lives it passed to survive with lower than 50k online constant presences. What still keeps it alive are content creators, artists and of course... sex addicts.

Now. I gave you a quick picture about what the metaverse really is, till today. I can tell... just have a look at the way censorship apply on Facebook and, since Zuck acquired it, Instagram. What do you expect he does with META? He has all eyes on him more than ever now, for all the scandals coming out about Facebook. Zuck cannot take wrong steps now and "supporting porn activities" on META is the last thing he wants or can take. So, unless users are gonna find the way to bypass any barrier raised by Zuck and his people at META, there is no way, no chance at all, for porn to happen on META. Certainly not in a next future and probably won't ever never be.

I hope I didn't kill any of your hopes and dreams about META. Is still true the fact it's all beginning now so we don't know how things really are. Second Life's creators had 15years experience when they invested in the VR World called Project SANSAR and yet they failed. Now Project SANSAR turned into a virtual never ending rave party. So, honestly, I dunno how successful META is gonna be. Definitely not sex lovers Paradise. I suspect no real Paradise exists, not anymore.

PS

"AR/XR Metaverse will do revolutionize porn consumption", that's would be my best answer to your question. The real question was "Will Zuck be the one who will make the AR/AX Metaverse revolutionize porn VR consumption?" but the answer doesn't change. Zuck won't be the one making the revolution in the way we dream on, he will rather be the one traying hard to kill it {to save his own ass from the US government and the public opinion of whole puritan part of the population of the United States of America!

You know, I had a big long spiel written about this before the webpage crashed and it didn't save a word of it, so I'm gonna write a lot less this time.

If you look at the track record of Facebook, Instagram, and Oculus Store, I think the prospects of Meta changing their minds about adult content just because of a rebrand is extremely slim. I think it's an ideologically motivated decision by prudes. I mean just look at Steam - they allow adult content on their storefront as long as you jump through a few hoops, as you should do so that children don't get exposed to this stuff.
