Just installed SUBSTANCE PAINTER FOR SKYRIM, I'd like to know which template should I use for making it for Skyrim?

Skyrim uses non-PBR Spec/Gloss, but it's a weird old "half-assed" version of it that only supports Spec textures (Gloss is uniform across the whole mesh and is stored in the Shader Properties of the nif). You could try using the SP non-PBR Spec/Gloss shader and make sure to always set the Gloss to a single uniform value per Material to closely replicate the final ingame look.

That being said, it's never going to translate well no matter what, and most Substance shaders and materials are built for PBR Metal/Rough only, so you could do what I do: work on PBR Metal/Rough, and then export (converted) Glossiness as Skyrim Specular (_s for characters, alpha channel of the normal map for everything else) and Metalness as Skyrim Environment Mask (_m) combined with a Environment Map shader type in NifSkope for any meshes whose metalness is not 100% pitch black.

Diffuse always go black whenever I export it in non-PBR Spec/Gloss shade

I tried that one but I'm still having trouble with metallic materials turning black.

It's a non-PBR shader still, PBR materials wont work off the bat, you can make them work reasonably well if you tweak them.

This is for Iron Rough, colors got a bit slaughtered by gif quality
