Happy Horny Hell:

This is another adult focused game that goes above and beyond in terms of what the expectations for most porn games are. It's mostly a JRPG but the art style is ridiculously good and there appears to be a bunch of mini-games and interactive elements. The game has loads of nudity and sex, rest assured.

Vampire Huntress - Lament of the Sun:

This is a Survival Horror game with action and exploration elements, it also has a pseudo-retro art-style and uses a fixed camera. I was debating on whether or not to include this one because there is no nudity tag and no mention of nudity in the mature content description, but the female protagonist is shown nude (but obscured) multiple times in the artwork so take that for what it's worth.

Project Songbird:

An FPS Survival Horror. It's ESRB rating mock-up contains "partial nudity."

Blackwood:

A third person action game with guns and hand to hand combat. I get the feeling its supposed to be like a John Wick game. The mature content description lists "partial nudity."

Descendant of Night:

An Old School Survival Horror. Mature Content description includes some enemies who are "represented with no clothing, bearing breasts and buttocks. No frontal nudity."

Gloomy Juncture:

A puzzle/exploration/adventure game. Looks kind of weird and hard to explain, but there is a demo if you'd like to try it. Mature content description includes "Some stylized nudity which is artistic and non-explicit may be present."

City of Dolorosa:

A game using a 3D engine and 2D drawn assets. It looks like a visual novel/walking simulator with some adventure elements, the appeal appears to be mostly in the trippy art-style. The mature content description lists "There are some characters who are partially or completely nude. There are also depictions of nudity/genitals in some decorative elements of the game scenario"

Insomnia: Chapter One:

A Horror-walking simulator, looks to be somewhat similar to the game "Still Wakes the Deep" but at an arctic base. The ESRB rating mock-up includes "Nudity."

VSky-X MMORPG:

A Free to play old school MMORPG with a Chinese fantasy setting. It has a nudity tag and the content description mentions it "contains nudity."

Black Raven:

Another game with a 3D engine and 2D hand drawn assets. It's actually a 3rd person medieval hack and slash game rooted in Slavic mythology, which is pretty impressive for a game with this art-style. Mature content description mentions it contains "some nudity."

Dispatch:

This is a story based "choose your own adventure game," it's really more like a TV show with interactive elements than a game. Episodes will be released periodically and the first two are already out. It has a nudity tag and the mature content description mentions it contains "Some nudity." It should be noted that so far the nudity from the first two episodes has been male, but there are some very attractive female characters in the game so it may be worth sticking around to see if any of them are shown naked.

This game is described as an action adventure sandbox puzzle game, so I have no idea what you actually do. But the game has nudity and sexual content tags and the mature content description mentions "optional nudity in all unlockable outfits, suggestive erotic themes...and rare scenes involving stylized body fluids during erotic situations."

This game is some kind of immersive sim/life sim where you build a house and hunt the supernatural or something, it's not quite clear to me. It has nudity and sexual content tags, and the mature content description confirms nudity by stating that "when characters take a shower or a bath, full nudity is represented."

This is a CRPG/ARPG Roguelite Fantasy game, and it's already out so you can play it right now. The mature content description simply lists "some nudity."

Ungodly:

This is a free to play fantasy hack and slash game that actually look decent at first glance, but it's also worth pointing out that it's coming to mobile so I'm not sure how the quality and or monetization will be. The mock ESRB rating includes "nudity" and the mature content description mentions "implied sexual situations shown through stylized, comic-book illustrations of characters in bed."

NO LAW:
A possibly AAA Cyberpunk Open-World Action/Stealth/Immersive Sim FPS from the developers of the ascent. The mature content description details the game as being "with occasional nudity or sexual themes."

Divinity:

This game really needs no introduction, but I'll include it here for people who might not be in the know. This is the next turn-based RPG from Larian Studios, the developers of Baldur's Gate 3. Larian has not been shy about showing nudity and sex in their games, and the announcement trailer even includes a brief shot of an orgy between members of their various fantasy races. We can probably expect that Divinity will include full and unrestricted nudity like BG3 did. The developers have also stated the game will be more ambitious than BG3 and it will include player agency "at every level." Having finished BG3 as someone who really doesn't like turn-based RPGs, I'm extremely excited for this game. There's no steam page as of now but we can expect one sometime before the game hits early access.
