Same. Won't say i know everything or saw every mod in existence but i never heard of anything that either adds a cum texture on the penis nor cumthreads. Picture was probably altered to get those effects. Only mod that adds something similiar, is Cumhot but it only adds, you guessed it, cumshots, no threats, no penis texture. (which might be a retexture tho, but it would be always there.)

no problem, sometimes we see things that make us want it in the game. Many Pictures on the internet, especially the erotic kind are beautified with gimp or photoshop, the more perfect aligned something is, the bigger the possibility it got altered ?

 

 

But maybe someone comes around to proof me wrong, we will see
