Mistress of Mystery outfit mod

have anyone tried to make a Mistress of Mystery outfit mod like the one in fallout 76?

i am not talking about porting... i am talking about a costume made from scratch...

but if anyone knows how to port using modding tools... please let me know how to do it, so i can make a personal mod, since i know its not allowed for you to port 76 assets do other games, and publish...

From scratch, well that is pretty much blender or 3d max, maybe a couple of other 3d graphics programs, export the obj/nif and textures, then import into outfit studio and create a new project and sort it out for the game, after that create a new esp and add the armor addon and armor section as well as level lists/world edits if required.

 

However if you own 76 and can get your mits on the version of nifscope that works with 76 nif's, then loading the 76 nif and the exporting/saving as fallout 4 should be the easiest way, though you may need to convert the textures and such for fallout 4.

 

Though this is not really my area so there may well be other easier ways to do it, which hopefully somebody who dose know will post.

thanks for the reply!! and yeah not my area either, actually never done anything of the sort, just wanted to know if someone had done it and could show me how to do it, the simple the better lol, or if there is a similar costume already done and ready for download somewhere. Just wanted to make a silvershroud and mistress of mystery duo on my playthrough but... cant find a mistress of mystery constume anywhere, and that one on nexus A Very Tacoduck Halloween Part 2- The Unstoppables at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com), its just a Feathered dress reskinned... i am amazed that after all this time no one actually did a mistress of mystery costume lol.

Part of it is that fallout is nowhere near as popular with the modding crowd, and in the end these sort of things require somebody with the skill set to do the modding, the interest to actually do it, and above all the time and willingness to deal with actually doing it, the lack of tools for 76 probably is not helping much, while there is a nifscope that works with 76 it is on one of the modding discords that requires sign up to access, which may well put many people off, if you had that you could probably just load the required nifs for the outfit into it, export it as fallout 4, the load it into outfit studio and re-do the physics for fallout 4, the use an existing armor mod esp, and replace the various things with the mistress stuff, go to admit though I find the fallout 4 ck a pain in the but to use, mostly due to the built in mod side of it where it comes with keywords and such to set colors and such by just adding omods to the armor, and you read various guides and they just say add this keyword without actually explaining why you add that keyword and what it does, which I find pretty annoying.

So thats why i couldn't find the nifscope for 76 lol... as for popularity... i thought fallout 4 was very popular since it has almost as many mods as skyrim SE on nexus (41k vs 39k), and so many big projects in development like Fallout London, Miami, new vegas and capital wasteland.... well i guess i will have to keep hoping someone will make the mod one day lol.
