SrWolffie Posted October 30, 2021 Posted October 30, 2021 Guys, I need your help. After I fixed the DarkFace issue between the Immersive College of Winterhold mods and Shiva's Vanilla Hair Replacer mods, the NPCs from the College of Winterhold were left with a gap in their neck. In CreationKit I did this: - I opened the CK - Open the master plugins and mods needed - I looked for NPCs to generate Facegen - And one at a time I used CTRL + F4 So, it created a file in my MO2 overwrite with the .tga files, but it didn't create the NIF files (I think I need the NIF files but I have no idea what to do) Note: I saw on some sites and forums that the .tga files are "useless", and the CK only generated .tga files and not .dds. I think I need help with that too.
SrWolffie Posted October 30, 2021 Author Posted October 30, 2021 Apparently I managed to solve the problem just by going back some save games. But I won't put the tag (SOLVED) until I'm sure.
SrWolffie Posted October 31, 2021 Author Posted October 31, 2021 Ok, I solved the neck gap problem, and also the problem of different skin colors between head and body, now I need to learn how to create .NIF files to patch new NPCS so they use hair of Shiva's mod and don't get the dark face. Do any of you know how to do this?

You generate head data and then you go back to MO and in overwrite is....... 1. .nif a .dds and a .tga file = These means there was no head data(.nif/.dds in mod folder(exp. MO/Mods/ICOW to overwrite with new head data) 2. .tga file = Mod that you generated head data folder already had a .nif and a .dds file and it got overwriting into its folder *Note: tga files are not needed and could/should be deleted 3. Nothing = These means mod you are generating head data for already has a .nif/.dds and a .tga file and that all just got overwriting into that mods folder.
